The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), India’s largest branded plotted land developer, has officially entered the Guinness Book of World Records with the creation of the world’s largest fresh floral mosaic logo, marking the brand’s powerful debut into the sacred Braj region with its upcoming development in Vrindavan.

Spanning 100 square meters, the stunning mosaic was made using thousands of fresh red and white carnations, arranged meticulously over a custom-built floral platform. Uniquely, the flowers were grown and sourced from the sacred soil of Vrindavan, making this not just a record—but a tribute.

This achievement sets the first-ever global benchmark in a brand-new Guinness World Record category — making HoABL the inaugural and sole titleholder for this floral mosaic format.

“Our objective is to recreate the Vrindavan that we all reminiscence and desire in the Vrindavan of today. It is not just about size—it’s about symbolism. Each flower represents growth, sanctity, and timeless potential,” said Samujjwal Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer, HoABL.

“To set a global benchmark from the soil of Vrindavan is a proud moment. This is the heart of our belief—that land is not just real estate, it is legacy,” he added.

Present at the event, Rishi Nath, the official Guinness World Records adjudicator said “It gives me great pleasure to confirm that The House of Abhinandan Lodha® has successfully achieved a new Guinness World Records® record for the Largest Fresh Flower Mosaic (Logo). Measuring 100 square meters and composed entirely of fresh flowers, the mosaic is a remarkable feat of scale, precision, and artistry. What makes this achievement truly special is its deep-rooted connection to Vrindavan – a place of profound cultural and global significance. This record beautifully reflects the brand’s vision of bringing timeless devotion and modern legacy together. This is officially amazing”.

“This momentous feat forms part of HoABL’s development with the largest open spaces to date, with over 40% of the proposed development as open area and world class amenities,” said Saurabh Jain, Chief Marketing Officer, HoABL. “It reflects the company’s core customer-focused philosophy: building not just houses, but meaningful living — rooted in culture, nature, and spiritual heritage.”

In line with HoABL’s commitment to sustainability, the used flowers will now be respectfully returned to the earth. This sacred floral compost will become part of the very land on which HoABL plans to develop their project— a fitting continuation of Vrindavan’s natural cycle of renewal. From a record-breaking emblem to nourishing future open spaces, every petal contributes to a greener legacy.

With spiritual tourism in Vrindavan witnessing a sharp rise, and new infrastructure under the Braj 2041 Masterplan, the region is fast becoming a magnet for future-ready investment. HoABL’s record-setting entry signals the start of a new era—where legacy and land converge.
