DDA’s Affordable Flats in Delhi

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is offering affordable housing units under its flagship scheme-‘Apna Ghar Awas Yojana’. These ready-to-move-in apartments are available for booking across different categories and locations in Delhi.

Recently, DDA sold 152 flats under this scheme in a record one hour of the opening of booking. These flats comprising Middle-Income Group (MIG) and EWS units worth INR 100 crore, were offered on a first -come-first serve basis.

In view of continued public demand for affordable housing, DDA has extended the scheme by three months. According to DDA authorities, the extension ensures greater opportunity for the public to avail themselves of quality housing options.The scheme meant to expand housing accessibility and ensure ease of home ownership, is open till November 26, 2025.
