iSprout, a leading managed and flexible workspace provider, has announced a 90% growth in Q3 FY25, expanding its portfolio to approximately 2.5 million sq. ft. across India. The company attributed this strong momentum to accelerating demand from Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and large enterprises across major business hubs.
iSprout’s Q3 expansion was concentrated on nine key metro clusters, with leasing demand primarily driven by IT Services and BFSI sectors.
The company also reported a sharp increase in leasing velocity compared to the previous fiscal year, reflecting sustained enterprise demand and strong client acquisition across industries.
A significant portion of this growth came from Andhra Pradesh, where iSprout expanded from one centre to three centres, growing its footprint from 11,000 sq. ft. to 120,000 sq. ft. The company plans to further scale operations in the state, particularly in Vizag, to address rising GCC-led demand. iSprout already hosts 25 reputed companies including global MNCs in its AP centres.
By the end of Q3 FY26, iSprout had added approximately 1.1 million sq. ft. to its portfolio through the launch of nine new centres, which now account for 45% of its premium managed and flexible workspace inventory. These centres include multiple Grade A assets, developed in partnership with some of India’s most respected real estate developers, reinforcing iSprout’s focus on scale, customization, and high-quality design standards.
“Our growth strategy is centered on expanding into high-potential Tier I and Tier II markets, alongside premium business districts in India’s major metros,” said Sundari Patibandla, Co-founder & CEO, iSprout . “Each new centre is a strategic step toward supporting the evolving workspace needs of enterprise clients across diverse sectors.”
A key highlight for iSprout this year has been the rapid expansion of its integrated flex and custom-managed office solutions, designed for enterprises seeking speed, flexibility, and elevated workspace experiences. The company’s managed office portfolio grew from 14,000 seats in FY24 to 43,000 seats by the end of FY26, marking a threefold increase, driven by strong adoption across enterprise sizes.
“We are working closely with the Government of Andhra Pradesh to support a shared vision of growth and innovation,” added Sundari. “Through this collaboration, we aim to accelerate IT and ITeS expansion, generate local employment, and empower startups and MSMEs, helping position the state as a truly investment-friendly destination.”
“Vizag and Vijayawada offer a strong talent pool, competitive real estate costs, lower attrition, and better work-life balance. These advantages have led the state to actively promote these cities through attractive policies,” said Bhaskar Katamneni, IT Secretary, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
“2025 has been a milestone year for iSprout, with 90% year-on-year growth driven by rising demand from GCCs and technology companies expanding their India operations, particularly into emerging cities such as Vizag and Vijayawada,” said Sreeni Tirdhala, Co-founder & Chief Strategy Officer, iSprout . “Our full-spectrum managed workspace offerings, from ready-to-move-in offices to fully customized, design-led environments, continue to resonate strongly with large enterprises across sectors.”
iSprout said it remains focused on scaling its presence across India’s leading business districts, while deepening its capabilities in enterprise-grade workspace design, technology integration, and service excellence.
