Jaypee Infratech Limited has secured the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for five additional towers—1, 5, 6, 12 and 14—of its Kensington Boulevard Apartments project, adding 423 completed units to its delivery tally. With this, the company has now obtained OCs for 31 towers comprising 3,135 units, representing one-fifth of the total project. Applications for OCs for another 11 towers (1,078 units) are currently under process.

Since mid of last year, post taking the reins of the company, the current management at Jaypee Infratech has been working diligently to fulfil all its commitments. The company has already issued tenders and awarded contracts for all the towers. Several towers have already received the Occupancy Certificate (OC), and work is progressing at a brisk pace on the remaining towers. The company continues to focus on accelerating progress and ensuring that all milestones are achieved within the stipulated timelines.
