      Krisala Developers sets record with 300+ property registrations in a single day

      Pune-based Krisala Developers has created a historic milestone in the Indian real estate sector by successfully completing over 300+ property registrations in a single day, setting a new benchmark for large-scale digital property registrations. The achievement, executed under the initiative “Krisala Grand Record Registry,” is being recognised by the India Book of Records and the Asia Book of Records for the highest number of property agreements executed by a developer in one day.

      With officials from both record authorities present to verify and certify the process, the registrations were completed for homes at the Phase I and Phase II of the Krisala–Hiranandani Township in North Hinjawadi, Pune, and other Krisala projects.

      More than just a real estate milestone, the initiative represents a significant step toward India’s broader Digital India vision, demonstrating how digital infrastructure can enable faceless, paperless, and efficient governance in property transactions with the help of digital documentation, streamlined verification systems, and coordinated registration infrastructure.

      The registration drive, especially within a limited time frame, not only enabled hundreds of homebuyers to complete property registrations seamlessly within a single day, but it is also a first-of-its-kind operational achievement. 

      Speaking on the milestone, Aakash Agarwal, Managing Director, Krisala Developers, said, “This achievement reflects the strong confidence homebuyers have shown in the vision of the Krisala. In just two months, Phase I Everland and Phase II Everlyn together witnessed the sale of nearly 2,000 homes, reinforcing that today’s buyers are looking beyond square footage and investing in complete lifestyle ecosystems. Through this record initiative, we aimed to demonstrate how technology and organised planning can redefine home ownership in the digital era.”

      The large-scale registration drive was supported by extensive pre-event planning that included documentation readiness, digital infrastructure setup, coordinated client communication, and the participation of a wide network of the Banking Partners and Customer Relation Manager (CRM) Team. 

      The event concluded with an interaction between media representatives and the company’s leadership, where insights were shared on evolving homebuyer preferences, the growth of integrated townships, and the future of Pune’s residential real estate market. Several senior government officials and industry dignitaries attended the event, marking the occasion as a significant milestone for Pune’s rapidly growing housing sector.
