Mumbai-based real estate developer Labdhi Lifestyle has announced plans to invest ₹700 crore to develop BKC Edge, a commercial project at H-Block in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), one of the country’s most sought-after business districts.
Spread across 1.25 acres, the project is expected to generate a gross development value (GDV) of over ₹1,000 crore and will offer around 2.25 lakh sq ft of carpet area, comprising over 300 business suites, according to a report by ET Realty.
The announcement comes amid sustained momentum in India’s office market.
According to a CBRE report, Mumbai accounted for about 22% of the 22.2 million sq ft of office space leased across India during the October–December quarter, with the city expected to remain one of the dominant office markets in 2026.
