Landmark Group has unveiled its Rs 1,200-crore luxury residential project, Landmark SKYVUE, on Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. Spread across 11 acres in Sector 103, the project marks Phase II of the developer’s flagship development and will feature 240 ultra-luxury residences priced between Rs 4.99 crore and Rs 6.78 crore.

The project, with the construction cost of Rs 400 crore, has been launched at Rs 17,500 per sq. ft. It will be a low-density, ultra-luxury residential community offering opulent 3BHK + Utility and 4.5BHK + Utility residences, and is likely to be delivered over the next 4 years.

The company delivered phase I in 2013 and expects to launch phase III in FY2026.
