Buoyed by the rising demand for luxury housing, real estate major, DLF Limited , has seen its sales bookings jumping two-fold, to Rs 2040 crore during the June quarter of FY 23, compared to the same quarter last fiscal. Amidst these high sales, high demand for luxury homes has been a key trend. DLF’s luxury project- ‘The Camellias’ alone contributed Rs 352 crore to sales bookings during the quarter. 

The company reported a 39 percent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 470 crore in the quarter ended June on account of higher sales, compared to a net profit of Rs 337.16 crore in the year ago period. Total income rose to Rs 1516.28 crore in the first quarter  of this fiscal, up from Rs 1242.27 crore  in the corresponding period of the previous year. The rental income grew 20 percent YoY .The consolidated revenue registered a 21 percent YoY growth of Rs 1260 crore, up from Rs 1041 crore last year.  

Going forward, DLF is eyeing newer offerings across multiple segments and geographies.
