M3M India has announced the launch of Gurgaon International City (GIC) — a landmark 150-acre integrated township on the Dwarka Expressway Link Road — marking its ambitious entry into the large-scale mixed-use development space. With an investment outlay of ₹7,200 crore and a projected topline of ₹12,000 crore, GIC is envisioned as a next-generation “Live–Work–Unwind” ecosystem combining data centers, innovation parks, EV hubs, retail zones, and premium residences, redefining the concept of urban living in Delhi-NCR.

Strategically located on the Dwarka Expressway Link Road, Gurgaon International City (GIC) is envisioned as a next-generation, mixed-use urban ecosystem built on the ‘Live–Work–Unwind model. The development will integrate data centers, innovation parks, EV hubs, retail avenues, and premium residential zones, creating a self-sustained environment for enterprises and communities alike. The catchment has Aravalli, Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, borders 3 expressways, and Adani Logistics Park Inland Container Depot (ICD), in close proximity.

With Gurgaon International City (GIC), we are building more than a city, we are shaping the next chapter of India’s urban ambition,” said Mr. Pankaj Bansal, Promoter, M3M India. “Our vision is to attract global corporations such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, Tesla; enterprises that represent the future of innovation and responsible growth. Gurgaon International City (GIC) is designed as a globally benchmarked destination where technology, sustainability, and human-centric design converge. This development reflects India’s growing confidence as a destination for sustainable and investment-led growth.”

The first phase of Gurgaon International City (GIC), spanning 50 acres and already RERA-approved, will include 300 state-of-the-art plots, aimed at fostering innovation, manufacturing excellence, and entrepreneurship in Haryana’s largest & fastest-growing investment corridor.

Planned as a low-emission, clean industry hub, Gurgaon International City (GIC) will host non-polluting industrial units, advanced manufacturing facilities, and technology-driven businesses aligned with India’s new industrial and digital policy priorities. The masterplan promotes green mobility through dedicated cycling tracks, shaded pedestrian corridors, and solar-powered street infrastructure ensuring a healthy, low-carbon environment for future residents and enterprises.

Central to GIC’s master plan is the concept of Forest Living. Envisioned as an “urban forest,” the city will feature large green expanse, promoting ecological balance and wellness-driven urbanism. Nature is integrated into every aspect of the layout from shaded boulevards and walking trails to landscaped recreation zones, enhancing air quality, comfort, and community well-being.

Gurgaon International City (GIC) offers seamless access to NH-48, Delhi International Airport, and Gurgaon’s established business districts. Its strategic location positions it as an extension of NCR’s innovation corridor, making it a natural destination for both industrial and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Gurgaon International City (GIC) marks a defining evolution in North India’s development landscape. While projects such as Reliance’s 5,000-acre MET City in Jhajjar have set the foundation for Haryana’s industrial growth, GIC reimagines that model through a focus on technology-driven enterprises, green infrastructure, and sustainable urban living. It reflects a forward-looking approach where industry, innovation, and quality of life converge to create a new benchmark for integrated living.
