Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (MLDL) has been selected as the partner for two major society redevelopment projects in Mumbai’s Chembur, with a combined gross development potential of around ₹1,700 crore. Spread across ~4.4 acres in the Diamond Garden area, the projects will deliver modern, sustainably designed residences with superior connectivity and amenities, further strengthening MLDL’s footprint in the city’s high-demand neighbourhoods.

The two societies span ~2.6 acres and ~1.8 acres, respectively. The redevelopment will deliver well- planned homes, designed with a focus on sustainability, modern amenities, and connectivity. It will offer residents an enhanced living experience while creating long-term value through thoughtful design and environmentally responsible practices.
