Max Estates Limited (Max Estates), a leading real estate developer in the NCR, has achieved a Dual 5-Star Rating in the 2026 GRESB Real Estate Assessment for the second consecutive year, retaining its perfect score of 100/100 in the Development category and improving its score to 93.5/100 in Standing Investments. The company ranked No. 1 among its GRESB-defined peer group of six listed residential real estate entities in India in the Development category.

The GRESB Real Estate Assessment is an investor-driven global benchmark that evaluates the environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance of real estate companies and portfolios. It provides a standardised framework for assessing sustainability management, development practices and operational performance, with results benchmarked against relevant peer groups. GRESB Ratings are based on an entity’s score and its relative position within the global assessment, with a 5-Star Rating representing the top quintile of participating entities.

The Dual 5-Star Rating places Max Estates in the top quintile of entities participating in the GRESB Real Estate Assessment globally. The Company retained its perfect score of 100/100 in the Development category, which it first achieved in the 2025 GRESB Real Estate Assessment. Its score in Standing Investments improved from 92/100 in 2025 to 93.5/100 in 2026. Having participated in GRESB since 2022, the Company has progressively strengthened its sustainability performance and disclosures, reflecting the progress made in building an institutionally driven ESG framework and integrating environmental, social and governance considerations across its business and development philosophy.

During FY26, Max Estates continued to strengthen its decarbonisation roadmap by establishing internal operational emission targets, progressing Scope 3 emissions measurement and undertaking embodied carbon assessments for delivered and under-construction projects.

With developments diversified across various asset classes and key strategic locations across Delhi-NCR, Max Estates continues to focus on enhancing well-being through its residential and commercial offerings. The Company’s approach is anchored in its LiveWell and WorkWell philosophy, with an emphasis on creating sustainable, resilient and well-being-led spaces across its portfolio.

The Company’s sustainability initiatives are also reflected in its FY2025–26 performance. According to its Integrated Annual Report, Max Estates avoided 992 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent emissions through renewable energy integration and recycled and reused 41,785 kilolitres of water, accounting for 19% of total water use.

Max Estates’ ESG initiatives are integrated across the real estate lifecycle, from design and development to operations, with a focus on creating sustainable, resilient and well-being-led spaces for stakeholders.
