The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), the apex body of the Indian real estate sector under the aegis of the Union Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, has elected Parveen Jain as its new President and Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani as Chairman. 

Parveen Jain, Founder and Managing Director of Tulip Infratech, is widely regarded as one of North India’s most respected real estate leaders. He has been a strong advocate for transparency and professionalism in the real estate sector. As national president and President of Naredco, Haryana, he spearheaded key reforms that improved ease of doing business, streamlined approvals and built confidence among builders and homebuyers.  

 Dr Niranjan Hiranandani is a pioneering figure in the Indian real estate landscape and Co-Founder & Managing Director of the Hiranandani Group. Known for his exceptional contributions to urban infrastructure and policy advocacy, Dr. Hiranandani had earlier held the key posts of National President and Vice Chairman of Naredco. His association with Naredco reflects his commitment to building a transparent, professional, and globally competitive real estate ecosystem.

Leadership Change at Assocham & PHDCCI 

Nirmal Kumar Minda, Executive Chairman of the UNO Minda Group has been elected as the new President of Assocham. The leadership transition also sees Amitabh Chaudhry, MD & CEO.
