Delhi-NCR based listed developer  Nimbus Group has announced  to develop a luxury housing project Arista Luxe Phase II, in Sector 168, Noida.  The company will be undertaking this project as a  joint development  venture under the Legacy Stalled Projects Scheme of NOIDA Authority .This stalled housing project was originally launched by the Sunworld Residency in 2011-12. The first phase (6acres)of this 10-acre project  housing 600 units has already been delivered. 

 The second phase of the project spanning 4 acres , will comprise 342 luxury apartments in Towers 5, 7, 8, and 9, along with the completion of the clubhouse and common areas. With 65% open green spaces, a 1.6 lakh sq. ft. landscaped zone, and seven themed swimming pools, the project is positioned as a benchmark for luxury living in Noida. Key design features include expansive balconies, 11-ft floor-to-floor heights, double-height air-conditioned lobbies, and smart home automation, setting it apart in Noida’s high-end residential market.

Arista Luxe Phase II is a bank-funded project, financed through a combination of internal accruals and support from reputed institutional lenders. The development is backed by strong governance systems and 100% fund utilisation for the project, ensuring uninterrupted construction and timely delivery. It has a topline of Rs 1500 crore.

Nimbus Group has successfully delivered several landmark projects in NCR, including “Express Park View I” in Chi-V, Greater Noida and “The Hyde Park” in Sector 78, Noida, all featuring a combination of residential and commercial units.
