In order to make the festive season special for the home seekers, NOIDA Authority and Delhi Development Authority (DDA) are coming up with special schemes to offer housing plots and flats.

The Noida authority’s scheme opens on November 8 under which group housing plots will be offered in prime sectors – 44 and 151. These plots will be in the sizes of 13800 sqm and 20050 sqm. Under the scheme, NOIDA Authority will invite e-auctions/bids for the plots. The scheme closes on December 2 2024. The successful bidders will be intimated after the e-auction on December 20.

The DDA’s offering will be in the form of the second phase of its residential scheme, ‘Sasta Ghar’ under which low-priced ready-to-move apartments will be sold. In all, over 2500 apartments will be put up for sale at seven different locations. These flats will be under EWS and Low Income Group in the configurations of 1 BHK and 2 BHK. The price range will be from Rs 11.5 lakh and Rs 35 lakh.

As part of this scheme, DDA will offer over 250 LIG flats in Rohini’s Sector 34 and 35 at a cost of around Rs 12-14.5 lakh. For the EWS category, about 180 flats will be offered in Dwarka’s Manglapuri at a cost of Rs 32-35 lakh. All these flats under the ‘Sasta Ghar’ scheme will be offered on ‘first come first serve basis’.
