Rise Infraventures, a Delhi-NCR based real estate advisory firm, has strengthened its position as full-spectrum real estate advisory firm with key leadership appointments, marking the company’s diversification into leasing -based verticals at the pan-India level.

As Chief Operating Officer, Bhupindra Singh, will drive nationwide expansion and operational excellence. His focus will be on scaling Rise’s development partnerships and leasing operations across geographies while ensuring seamless delivery for clients and investors. Prior to joining RIse Infraventures, Singh having a long association with global real estate advisories like Colliers, C&W, JLL and DTZ, held the position of MD- Developer & Investor Services India at Colliers.

Ajay Malik has been inducted as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). He brings with him about two decades of experience , having been associated with Colliers, C&W and Realistic Realtors, with a reputation for managing large-scale transactions and strengthening partnerships across real estate verticals. In his new role, Ajay will shape long-term growth strategy by leveraging his expertise in investment advisory, transaction structuring and commercial leasing. 

As Chief Business Officer (CBO), Sonakshi Wadhawan has been inducted for a role centred on aligning operational strategies with market opportunities  by leveraging her expertise in negotiation and social media to foster client relationships and support business expansion. Prior to joining Rise Infraventures, Sonakshi was Co-Founder & MD, Altre Digital. Earlier she served with global real estate consultancies- Savills India and JLL.

Manish Srivastava who joins as Head, Retail, carries with him about two decades of experience in . Prior to joining Rise Infraventures, he served as head of retail leasing at Realistic Realtors. In his new role , he will spearhead retail leasing across metros and Tier-1 & 2 cities, building brand traction in high streets and malls across India.
