      Saya Group has announced the cumulative leasing of approximately 1.27 lakh sq. ft. of retail space to a diverse portfolio of lifestyle brands, food & beverage, gaming, and entertainment at Saya SouthX, Greater Noida West.

      The newly signed brands include Badami’s, McDonald’s, The BBQ Company, Sardari, Rubarru (The Beer Mug), Funky Island, Blaaze, and I Luv Food (food court). This mix reflects a balanced blend of established names and niche concepts, catering to evolving consumer preferences across dining and leisure. In addition, the project has a strong brand leasing pipeline, and is expected to lease 50,000 sq. ft. of retail space within a month, underscoring sustained demand and momentum.

      Positioned as an ultra-luxury high-street retail destination in Greater Noida West, Saya SouthX by Saya Group is designed to bring together retail, dining, and entertainment within a single integrated ecosystem. Spanning over 12,000+ sq. m. of retail space and catering to a huge potential catchment, the development is envisioned as a high-footfall destination with an estimated 3 lakh+ visitors, supported by strong connectivity and surrounding urban dense catchment.

      Strategically located within Greater Noida West, the project benefits from seamless access to key arterial roads and its proximity to established residential hubs across Noida and Ghaziabad.
