The SPJ Group’s realty arm SPJ True Realtyy has announced its debut commercial project, Vedatam, in Sector 14, Gurugram. With an investment of around ₹500 crore, the development aims to set a new benchmark for retail, leisure, and urban living, and will be the first organised commercial hub in this part of the city.
Spread over 4.15 acres, Vedatam will comprise premium retail spaces, service apartments, and 140 well-designed residences, blending vibrant shopping experiences with community living. The project will be built in two phases over the next three years, with completion targeted for 2028. Once finished, it will offer more than 400 high-end commercial units. The estimated total sales realisation is expected to exceed ₹1,000 crore, funded through a mix of promoter equity and sales proceeds.
Currently, the company has launched phase 1 with two floors in its retail segment with size varying from 500 sq. ft. to 1500 sq. ft. The company is selling its retail units which are priced between ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 per sq. ft. on built-up area.
The phase 2 of the project will have 3 BHK serviced apartments.
Centrally located to serve 11 adjoining sectors, including 8, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 22, and 23, Vedatam is designed around a curated retail, F&B, and entertainment mix. The retail segment spans three levels, Lower Ground, Upper Ground, and First Floor, ensuring high visibility for brands and seamless shopping experiences. The second floor is a culinary destination with fine dining, multi-cuisine outlets, a brewery, and a spacious food court, while the third-floor houses Sector 14’s only multiplex operated by PVR, alongside more F&B options.
