Sumadhura Group is betting ₹17,000 crore on its next phase of growth, targeting a 45-million-square-foot development pipeline across residential, commercial and warehousing projects through 2030, as the Bengaluru-based developer looks to build a larger and more diversified real estate platform.
Under its Vision 2030 plan, residential will remain the core growth engine, accounting for 35 million sq ft of the planned pipeline. Commercial projects will contribute 4.2 million sq ft, while another 6 million sq ft will come from warehousing and logistics.
The company expects the planned investments to generate a gross development value of around ₹38,000 crore, with a target of ₹22,000 crore in pre-sales and ₹14,000 crore in collections over the next four years. Sumadhura said it may raise up to ₹3,000 crore in debt, while the bulk of the investment will be funded through internal accruals and sold receivables.
