Table Space, one of India’s leading flexible workspace providers, has announced strategic leadership appointments within DESYN, its integrated Design and Build business, as the company continues to strengthen the business’s operating model to scale across key enterprise and GCC markets in India.

Launched as a strategic extension of Table Space’s workspace solutions portfolio, DESYN was created to address the growing demand for agile, high-quality, and rapidly deployable enterprise workspaces through a technology-led and integrated Design and Build approach.

To support this next phase, DESYN has brought together seasoned leaders across design, commercial, and business leadership functions. Their collective experience across real estate, workplace design, and enterprise solutions will help deepen DESYN’s ability to deliver scalable, execution-led workspace solutions.

As part of this strategic expansion, Shruti Ookabhoy joins DESYN as Executive Director and will lead the Design vertical, focusing on strengthening design capability, driving operational excellence, and developing teams across markets. With over 22 years of experience in workplace strategy, design, and execution, Shruti brings deep expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams and driving design transformation initiatives. Prior to joining DESYN, she served as CEO, Workplace Design & Strategy, at ANJ Group’s The Canvas, and has also held leadership roles at Realty Group and Niteen Parulekar Architects Pvt. Ltd.

Tripta Soni joins as Senior Director for South India and will lead business growth and client engagement initiatives across the region. With over 20 years of experience across workplace design and commercial interiors, Tripta brings expertise across enterprise, retail, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining DESYN, she served as Senior GM & Head of Design at Brookfield Properties and has also held leadership roles at Karle Infra Pvt. Ltd., DSP Design Associates, and RSP Design Consultants.

Abhishek Kumar joins DESYN as Senior Director to lead the North India business, focusing on business expansion and client partnerships in the region. With over 18 years of experience in corporate interiors and design-build businesses, Abhishek brings expertise in business growth, P&L management, and multi-location project execution. Prior to joining DESYN, he served as Associate Director at Space Matrix and has also held leadership roles at Cheil India, Cushman & Wakefield, and JLL.

Brijesh Khambhayata will lead the Commercial function for DESYN and will be responsible for procurement efficiency, commercial governance, and cost optimization across projects. With over 15 years of experience in procurement, contract management, and strategic sourcing, Brijesh brings expertise in commercial operations and supply chain management within the architecture and fit-out sector. Prior to joining DESYN, he served as Associate Director – Commercial at DSP Design Associates Pvt. Ltd. and has also held leadership roles at ANJ Turnkey Projects Pvt. Ltd. and Johnson Controls (I) Pvt. Ltd.
