The first-ever Branded Residences Summit (TBRS) 2025, hosted by NOESIS Hotel Advisors, made a landmark debut at Mumbai’s Jio World Convention Centre, heralding a new chapter for India’s fast-evolving branded living landscape. Bringing together over 175 leaders from real estate, hospitality, design, investment, and luxury lifestyle sectors, the one-day summit set a new benchmark for thought leadership and collaboration in this dynamic segment.

With powerful insights, global participation, and the unveiling of NOESIS’ “Landscape of Branded Residences in India – 2025” report, TBRS 2025 firmly positioned itself as the country’s definitive platform for shaping the future of branded residences — a sector transforming from niche luxury to mainstream aspiration.

Industry giants on one stage

The summit featured keynote addresses, fireside chats, and panels with global hospitality leaders alongside India’s leading developers. Discussions explored capital, design, buyer behaviour, and regulations, reaching a clear consensus: branded residences have moved beyond aspirational luxury to become a defining force in the future of Indian real estate.

Landmark report unveiled

A major highlight of the summit was the launch of the second edition of NOESIS’ landmark study, Landscape of Branded Residences in India – 2025. The report revealed a pipeline of over 4,000 operational and planned units across key cities—triple the supply of a decade ago. It highlighted how branded projects achieve 1.5 to 2 times faster sales than non-branded luxury developments, while commanding premiums of 15 to 40 percent, underscoring brand trust as a powerful new real estate currency.

India’s branded moment

Nandivardhan Jain, Founder and CEO of NOESIS, framed this transformation with clarity and conviction. “India has entered its branded moment,” he said. “Branded residences are no longer just luxury – they are a mainstream asset class. Developers are chasing velocity, brands demand protection, capital providers seek predictability, and customers above all want trust. TBRS is the first-ever platform aligning these four stakeholders to unleash India’s branded living revolution. Branded living is not just rich thinking; it is an instrument to buy back your time – by using your resources wisely, you are buying back your time.”

Forward-looking energy

The summit concluded with the unveiling of Branded Launchpad, a first-of-its-kind framework to accelerate branded residential developments, offering developers and investors a clear roadmap for execution.

India on the global map

The NOESIS report projected that India will contribute over 20 percent of Asia-Pacific’s branded residences supply by 2030, placing it alongside Thailand and the UAE. Non-hotel brands currently lead with 63 percent of projects, while hospitality brands, at 37 percent, are rapidly expanding and driving fresh innovation.

Beyond metros, into new markets

Geographically, the report highlighted how Mumbai and Delhi NCR remain the established hubs driving inventory and pricing benchmarks. Yet, it is the emerging markets—Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Indore, Surat, and Goa—that are fueling the next wave of expansion, proving that branded living is no longer confined to metropolitan elites but is spreading across India’s growth corridors.

A movement begins

With the recently concluded TBRS 2025, NOESIS has not simply launched an industry summit; it has launched a movement. By uniting developers, brands, investors, and consumers on one platform, the event marked the beginning of a new era in which branded living defines not just luxury, but the very future of urban living in India.
