Branded land developer The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has teamed up with Zepto, a quick commerce platform, to redefine how consumers discover land investments. This first-of-its-kind partnership combines Zepto’s hallmark of speed and convenience with HoABL’s mission to make land ownership accessible, transparent, and hassle-free.

Launched on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami, the campaign brings premium plots in Vrindavan—the spiritual heart of India—directly to users via the Zepto app. While HoABL already offers a fully digital experience through its own platform for exploring, purchasing, and tracking land, the tie-up with Zepto takes accessibility a step further, enabling customers to engage with investment opportunities on an app they already use every day.

Subsequent payments are structured in a staggered manner, making land ownership more accessible and stress-free.
