The Master Clock & Watch Works Pvt Ltd has appointed Volney, a leading real estate advisory and investor network founded by Rohan Sheth, as the exclusive representative for the leasing of its retail restaurant space at Trade Centre G3, Mumbai.

Under the mandate, Volney will be responsible for identifying and onboarding a suitable retail or food and beverage brand for the space. The engagement will include identifying prospective licensees, coordinating site visits, facilitating commercial discussions, and supporting the finalisation of agreements.
