He stated, “Unlike some other books by consultants or brokers, this book is different. It is the result of collaboration with the industry. The content is not only rich but also authentic, unbiased, and credible.”
The content covers a wide range of subjects and analyses 2025 developments and trends, as analysed by industry experts. The book’s theme, ‘The Great Divide – Luxury Soars, Affordable Housing Slides,’ is timely. It honestly traces the real estate sector’s journey over the year, he said.
Krisumi Corporation is a premier real estate developer based in Gurugram, established as a joint venture between Sumitomo Corporation (Japan) and Krishna Group (India). Vinod Behl explained how Torbit began its mission to share and spread knowledge after Covid-19 caused massive disruption. The pandemic made research-based, data-driven insights essential for navigating volatility in the rapidly changing real estate sector.
“With help from industry bodies and leaders, Torbit YearBook has grown in six years. It is now a credible, popular platform for engaging stakeholders. Going forward, we will further expand our collaborative efforts. Our goal is to promote the sector’s long-term sustainable growth,” he added.
Sanjeev Kathuria, CEO of Torbit, said Torbit 2025 is the sixth edition of the YearBook. It captures the real estate journey over the past year and provides expert insights into expectations for 2026.
“Our editor, Vinod Behl, brings long experience in real estate journalism. He has carefully curated this unbiased YearBook. The result is an edition that is richer, sharper, and more insightful,” he said.
