TREVOC plans ₹800–1,000 crore development pipeline, targets ₹3,000–3,500 crore GDV

Gurugram-based real estate developer TREVOC is planning an investment and development pipeline of ₹800–1,000 crore over the next three years, with a targeted gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,000–3,500 crore. The proposed roadmap comprises approximately two to three new projects and expansion into select Haryana markets, with Sonipat and Panipat currently under evaluation.

The company is exploring integrated townships spanning approximately 80–100 acres in these markets, comprising residential plots, villas and commercial spaces. It is targeting early 2027 for the launch of the first phase of its Tier-2 expansion.

The planned investment will be deployed in a calibrated manner, aligned with project opportunities and market conditions. The company’s three-year roadmap also envisages approximately five lakh sq. ft. of commercial development alongside its proposed residential portfolio.

TREVOC’s assessment of Sonipat and Panipat is being driven by improving connectivity, infrastructure development and growing local economic activity. The company cited regional infrastructure, including the Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) and Kundli–Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway, as factors supporting its evaluation of emerging Haryana markets.

Gurpal Singh Chawla, Managing Director, TREVOC Group, said, “We are evaluating Sonipat and Panipat as part of our next phase of expansion, with a focus on locations where improving connectivity and economic activity can support long-term demand. Our three-year roadmap envisages a ₹800-1,000 crore investment and development pipeline, targeting a GDV of ₹3,000–3,500 crore. Deployment will be phased and linked to project opportunities and market conditions.”

“Entering a new market is only the first step. What matters is how a project takes shape over time and whether it delivers on what was envisaged at the planning stage. We believe that residential and commercial spaces need to be considered as part of a larger environment, with attention to how people will use them in their everyday lives. Our focus remains on thoughtful planning, the right mix of spaces and consistent execution, so that the projects we create have lasting value for the people who live and work in them,” said Sehaj Chawla, Managing Director, TREVOC Group.

The proposed expansion would diversify TREVOC’s geographical presence and development mix. Its township strategy combines plotted developments and villas with commercial spaces, allowing the company to address different buyer segments within integrated developments.

Tier-2 Haryana markets are expected to form an important part of the company’s growth strategy, complementing its existing presence. TREVOC will assess opportunities based on connectivity to major urban centres, the development of local social and physical infrastructure, and market demand.

The investment pipeline and GDV targets relate to the proposed three-year portfolio. Market selection and the first-phase launch schedule remain under evaluation.
