Godrej Properties Ltd has clocked sales of over ₹1,000 crore at the launch of its latest Hyderabad project, ‘Godrej Regal Pavilion’ in Rajendra Nagar, marking one of the city’s biggest residential launches this year.
The company sold 683 homes spanning 1.2 million sq ft within days of launch, reflecting robust demand for branded housing. With a total developable potential of 4.14 million sq ft and revenue visibility of ₹3,600 crore, the project strengthens the developer’s growing Hyderabad footprint.

Recently, Godrej Properties acquired 7.82-acre of land in Hyderabad through the auction process for Rs 548 crore.
