KPMG in India partners with NICMAR University  to bridge academia-industry gap in CRIP sectors

KPMG in India and NICMAR University, Pune have entered into a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) to bridge academia and industry in the construction, real estate, infrastructure, and project (CRIP) sectors. The collaboration aims to co-create learning programs that combine academic excellence with real-world insights, nurturing a pipeline of agile, innovative, and industry-ready professionals.

This endeavour brings together KPMG in India’s deep industry expertise with NICMAR University, Pune’s academic rigour to deliver an immersive learning experience. The goal is to equip students and practitioners with the skills, mindset, and exposure that could help them thrive in today’s dynamic business landscape.

Below are the key highlights of this initiative:

• Tailored Talent Pool: Co-develop programs that align with industry needs, supporting graduates   to become not only academically sound, but also business ready.

• Integrated Learning: Offer real-world insights and hands-on experiences that blend theory with practice, accelerating career growth.

• Strategic Empowerment: Nurture leadership, innovation, and sustainability in the CRIP sectors.
