Arisinfra’s subsidiary ArisUnitern, in collaboration with Vaishnavi Residences, has announced the launch of Arsh Greens—a premium community of villa plots strategically located in Yelahanka, Bengaluru.

Spanning 4 acres, the project comprises 77 exclusive plots designed for 2,600+ sq. ft. villas with a 3 BHK configuration, offering a rare opportunity for luxury living within city limits. With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of over ₹200 crore and full financial closure already achieved, the project is slated for a festive season launch starting from Dussehra.

Work is going on full swing at site, and the Release Orders for the Plots are expected by end of October 2025.
