The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), the apex body representing India’s real estate sector under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Government of India, has announced a new leadership team with the election of Mr. Parveen Jain as President and Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani as Chairman. These appointments signal a new phase of collaborative leadership for NAREDCO, aimed at advancing transparency, innovation, and sustainable growth across the country’s real estate landscape.
Parveen Jain, Founder and Managing Director of Tulip Infratech, is widely regarded as one of North India’s most respected real estate leaders. Under his stewardship, Tulip Infratech has emerged as a trusted name synonymous with quality, timely delivery, and architectural excellence. His entrepreneurial journey is rooted in integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric values, having delivered numerous landmark residential and commercial projects that embody modern, sustainable living.
