Aura World has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Gaurav Jain as Head (Sales), ahead of its upcoming luxury residential launch in Gurugram. In his new role, Jain will oversee Sales, Marketing, CRM, Cash Flow Planning, and P&L management, bringing over a decade of senior leadership experience from M3M, where he handled transactions exceeding Rs 5,000 crore across sales and leasing. His appointment is expected to enhance Aura World’s customer-focused approach, sharpen forecasting, and support the execution of its wellness-driven, design-led residential project.
Known for his ability to steer large teams with the clarity of a seasoned captain, he has consistently demonstrated a leadership style that blends discipline, market awareness and customer sensitivity. Outside work, Gaurav is an endurance athlete and IRONMAN finisher.
Within Aura World, he will play a key role in strengthening the company’s sales, bringing sharper forecasting, stronger customer systems and AI-enabled processes. His association is also seen as an important step in Aura World’s transformation, helping the organisation widen its market presence, create a more performance-led organisation, and improve the bottom line as well as sales.
