The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has launched an affordable, ready-to-move 2-BHK housing scheme in the Madhuban-Bapudham region, offering a rare low-cost entry into homeownership in the National Capital Region. Priced at just ₹3,700 per sq ft and located barely 500 metres from the Duhai RRTS station, the scheme targets low- and middle-income buyers seeking assured delivery, strong connectivity and transparent allotment under a first-come, first-served model.

Located in the Madhuban-Bapudham Pocket C, near the Duhai railway station, Delhi, and Noida, just minutes away. The RRTS corridor is designed for higher-speed commutes and is already operational in segments in Dubai and Sahibabad. The route links the region efficiently to urban and lifestyle hubs, according to a report by Outlook Money.

GDA is offering this scheme on a “first-come, first-served” basis, which pushes potential homebuyers to act quickly if they want to secure a home in the region. Potential buyers can also inspect the housing units by visiting the site, which helps them gain assurance of quality and layout before they fully commit.

People interested in buying must register on the official GDA portal and make the initial required deposits as a form of registration to participate in this draw. The registration amount is around Rs 5.06 lakh to be eligible as an applicant. The properties offered are 2BHK (Type-A) and approximately 126.78 square meters in size.

Alongside the residential flats, GDA is also offering commercial plots and properties in other pockets of the same locality, Madhuban-Bapudham. GDA has announced an auction of vacant commercial plots in Pocket A and nearby areas. The Brochure sale begins from December 20, 2025, to January 05, 2026.
