Arkade Developers Limited has successfully completed its Issuer Rating exercise. Credit rating agency India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has assigned the company an Issuer Rating of ‘IND BBB+/Stable’.              

Ratings of ‘BBB’ and above are considered Investment Grade, reflecting adequate credit quality and a satisfactory capacity to meet financial commitments. The assigned rating underscores Arkade Developers’ prudent financial management, stable operating performance and disciplined approach to growth.
