Century Real Estate has unveiled a campaign for Century Immencity. This is an upcoming 50-acre mixed-use destination on Airport Road in Jakkur, North Bengaluru. The campaign is anchored in the thought, “It’s All Happening Here,” and positions Immencity as the epicentre of a new urban lifestyle ecosystem. The destination brings together work, leisure, retail, food and beverage, hospitality, events, and culture within one address.
The campaign has been rolled out spanning IPL, digital, and out-of-home platforms. Century Real Estate introduced a city-wide teaser campaign early in February, featuring cryptic billboards and visual snippets that hinted at leisure, dining, retail, and social experiences. The teaser strategy built intrigue before the reveal and created conversations around the upcoming destination. The campaign film extends this intrigue through a global storytelling narrative, opening with cultural and lifestyle references from around the world. These include Hong Kong-inspired dining, Vienna’s ballet and opera culture, Parisian luxury ateliers, live music in the United States, Scandinavian design cues, and Japan’s cherry blossom landscapes.
Leveraging artificial intelligence
As the references disappear from their original settings and reappear within Century Immencity, the film communicates a destination where the world comes together in North Bengaluru’s Airport Road corridor. The film captures Immencity’s vibrancy through spaces such as the Urban Esplanade, Green Promenade, Business District, Gourmet District, Galleria, Opera Hall, Culture Atelier, and five-star hospitality experiences. The campaign conveys that something is always unfolding across work, leisure, retail, culture, and events. A key element of the film’s creative approach is its use of artificial intelligence-led production, which enabled the company to visualize a global narrative. The campaign demonstrates how artificial intelligence expands the possibilities of destination-led storytelling.
Expanding urban ecosystem
