Pride Hotels Limited has announced the signing of Pride Plaza Indore under long-term lease agreement. The signing marks a significant milestone in the Pride Hotel Group’s expansion strategy as they introduce their 5^th Plaza Hotel after Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kolkata & Jaipur and reinforces its commitment to growth hospitality markets across India.

With this addition, Pride Plaza Indore becomes the second hotel in Indore Market for Pride Group of Hotels.

The signing marks Pride Hotels Group’s strategy to expand across new geographies with high  growth potential, including business cities, leisure destinations and pilgrimage destinations,  thereby, strengthening its pan-India footprint. The Group has presence across India with hotels in destinations including Rishikesh, Mussoorie, Dehradun, Delhi, Surat, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Raipur, Pune, Nagpur, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Alwar, among others.

Building on this strengthened base with a vast presence across Western and Northern India, spanning Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Delhi-NCR, the Company plans to enter high-growth geographies with high growth potential, including business cities such as Hyderabad and Mumbai, leisure destinations like Kalimpong (West Bengal) and Nainital (Uttarakhand), and pilgrimage hubs such as Somnath (Gujarat), etc. In last 6 months, Pride Hotel group has opened in Sambhaji Nagar, Gandhinagar, Alwar, Noida and Himmatnagar.

It also strengthens the Group’s presence in Madhya Pradesh as its fourth hotel in the state, following Bhopal, Jabalpur, and the existing Pride Premier Indore. The hotel is in Rau on AB Bypass Road making it accessible to Pithampur Industrial area, Ujjain spiritual circuit. As this is  the Group’s second property in Indore, it reflects their long-term confidence in the city’s growth potential. The signing further marks an important milestone in Pride Hotels Group’s journey, making it the Group’s operational hotel, while continuing to expand its wider national portfolio of hotels across India.

Pride Plaza Indore will feature 141 well-appointed rooms, inclusive of banquet halls and related hospitality facilities

The property has been leased from Mr. Sanjeev Mishra of Black Rock Hotels, who expressed confidence in the association.
