SNN Estates has announced the launch of Duomont, an ultra-luxury residential development at Kudlu Junction, Hosur Main Road, South Bengaluru, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹500 crore. The project will deliver 114 residences across four towers, with prices starting at ₹4.5 crore onwards and configurations ranging from 3 BHK to 8 BHK, spanning 2,810 sq. ft. to over 7,110 sq. ft.
A first-of-its-kind offering in South Bengaluru, the project features Double-height living / dining spaces & expansive double-height balconies, landscaped grounds, a Clubhouse, and a signature Roof Deck with an infinity-edge pool. It is RERA-registered and scheduled for completion by the end of 2030.
The project’s 6 and 8 BHK residences directly address a gap that has persisted in South Bengaluru’s supply: genuinely large homes with dedicated spaces for parents, children, staff and home-office use, within the corridor where this buyer already lives and works. Duomont is the successor to SNN Clermont, the Company’s landmark ultra-luxury development in North Bengaluru that set a new benchmark for large-format premium housing in the city.
