      In a city where real estate timelines are often delayed, Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt. Ltd. has quietly changed the rules.       A Blueprint That Is Rare in Mumbai

      Not only is the growth rate in Alliance City fast, but the character is also consistent. Each project is a, unique development that is carefully planned, built in the right place, and finished on time. The company has chosen to be open about its projects by registering with MahaRERA even when its not mandatory to. “Building New Beginnings” is not just a marketing phrase; it’s a standard for how the company delivers.

      The company’s completed portfolio reads as a map of Mumbai’s most desirable addresses. In Vile Parle East, Alliance Nirmal Milan received the Distinguished Redevelopment Project award from The Times of India. In Matunga Central, Alliance Legacy stands as a landmark in one of the city’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. In Mulund, completed projects including Swati Sadan Alliance, Alliance Sudeep, Alliance Mandarpushpa, Amardeep Alliance, Alliance Ravikiran, and Alliance Mathuresh have reshaped the residential landscape of the eastern suburbs. In Malad West, Alliance Bhaskar, Alliance Saawai, and Alliance Ruia have been handed over to satisfied homeowners.

      The Pipeline: 7 Ongoing, 3 Upcoming

      Alliance City currently manages one of the most active development pipelines among Mumbai’s boutique residential developers. Its ongoing projects include 22 Alliance House (Vile Parle East), a thoughtfully designed residential development catering to modern urban homebuyers with a focus on efficient layouts and everyday convenience, and Alliance Tanvi (Vile Parle East), which reflects the developer’s emphasis on functional design and well-planned living spaces in a prime suburban micro-market.

      Also part of its ongoing portfolio is the recently launched Alliance Harmony in Matunga, which introduces a rare one-residence-per-floor concept in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after central locations—reflecting the developer’s focus on design-led differentiation.

      Among projects nearing completion, Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East—a premium 2BHK residential development on Shraddanand Road—is expected to receive its Occupation Certificate (OC) in the coming month. Additionally, Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad West, a well-connected residential development offering easy access to key infrastructure including colleges, hospitals, schools, and entertainment hubs, is expected to receive its OC later this year.

      On the completed front, Alliance Eternis in Borivali West has already secured its OC and is ready for possession.

      Three new projects are upcoming 1 in Vile Parle, 1 in Sion & 1 in Mulund in the works show that the city is still growing, which backs up Alliance City’s stated goal of becoming a leader in Mumbai’s redevelopment market while also setting new standards for quality, design, and delivery.
