Ashiana Housing Ltd., listed on the NSE and BSE, has announced the successful conversion of 224 units into bookings at Ashiana Oma, its premium residential development at Mansarovar Extension, Jaisinghpura on Jaipur’s Ajmer Road corridor. The project witnessed a strong response with 437 Expressions of Interest (EOIs), with the booking conversion process held on 18 and 19 July 2026 resulting in 224 confirmed bookings, comprising approximately 4.80 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area with a sales value of ₹372.45 crore, while the booking conversion process remains ongoing.

The strong response reflects robust demand from homebuyers seeking spacious, thoughtfully designed homes within low-density communities that prioritise open green spaces, premium specifications, and superior connectivity. The project comprises 280 premium 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences, designed with expansive decks and connected balconies to maximise natural light, ventilation, and outdoor living.

Spread across approximately 10.35 acres, Ashiana Oma has been planned around green living, with approximately 4.4 acres dedicated to green areas and only around 17 percent building footprint across the site.
