UAE-based real estate developer BNW Developments plans to develop around 10,000 homes across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah over the next four years as it expands its footprint in the UAE, with Indian investors emerging as a key contributor to its growth strategy.

The company said Indian buyers accounted for about 14.38 per cent of its total business during the first half of 2026, underscoring India’s growing importance as one of its largest overseas markets.

BNW Developments shared its expansion plans at its Global Partners Meet held in Delhi NCR, which was attended by more than 2,000 channel partners and real estate professionals from across the country.

“India is not simply an important source market for BNW; it is a strategic partner in our growth journey. The contribution of Indian buyers reflects the confidence they place in the UAE as an investment destination and in developers that offer credibility, transparency and long-term value,” BNW Developments Chairman and Founder Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal said.

He said the company aims to develop nearly 10,000 homes over the next four years while strengthening its network of channel partners to support Indian investors looking at opportunities in the UAE real estate market.

BNW currently has 12 developments under various stages across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, spanning branded residences, hospitality-led projects, mixed-use developments and master-planned communities. The company expects project handovers to commence from 2027.

In Ras Al Khaimah, BNW is developing projects on Al Marjan Island, including the Al Marjan Beach District, and in RAK Central, while in Dubai it is expanding its portfolio of branded residences across key growth corridors.

The company said Indian high-net-worth individuals, non-resident Indians, entrepreneurs and professionals are increasingly considering UAE real estate for portfolio diversification, driven by rental yields, long-term capital appreciation, global connectivity and the country’s transparent regulatory framework.

According to BNW, buyers are also placing greater emphasis on a developer’s execution capability, project quality, location and long-term credibility while making investment decisions.

To strengthen its engagement with Indian investors, the company said it is expanding its network of channel partners across India and working with real estate advisors to support buyers through project evaluation, transactions and regulatory processes.

BNW’s portfolio includes collaborations with hospitality and lifestyle brands such as Taj, Tonino Lamborghini, FashionTV, Wyndham and Radisson Blu.

Headquartered in the UAE, the company employs more than 750 professionals representing 88 nationalities and has incorporated India-sourced materials and capabilities across several of its developments.
