Delhi-NCR’s leading real estate developer, BPTP group will be investing Rs 3000 crore to develop a luxury residential project in Gurgaon . Spread across around 12 acres, the project-BPTP Amstoria Verti-Greens, will come up in Sector 102, along Dwarka Expressway.

BPTP Amstoria Verti-Greens will offer 2BHK and 3 BHK  world-class residences. For this , the BPTP group has partnered with global entities. For project architecture and interior design , the company has tied up with DP Singapore as Principal Architect and Blink Singapore as Interior Designer . For layout design , Singapore company, Aedas has been selected as a consultant  while Grant Associates UK, is a landscape consultant for the project.An IGBC platinum pre-certified project  for sustainable living, this vertical masterpiece  redefines urban living with thoughtfully designed residences featuring expansive terraces and flowing open spaces, creating effortless indoor-outdoor harmony. The residential complex has air conditioned tower lobbies  with a grand reception area, with 7 high speed lifts per tower for seamless vertical mobility. There are 4 spacious units per floor for ultimate privacy and there are sky decks and large balconies in every residence. An expansive 1.55 lakh sq ft  clubhouse and landscape area and 3 club and amenity zones add to the luxury quotient of this project.

The entire project with a topline of Rs 6500 crore will be developed in three phases and the first phase has been launched. The launch of BPTP Amstoria Vert-Greens  follows last year’s launch of  BPTP Amaario, an upscale residential development in Sector 37 D, Gurgaon.
