      Strengthening its Hyderabad footprint at scale, Casagrand, one of the leading real estate developers in India, on Thursday announced the launch of its largest residential project in Hyderabad, Casagrand Vybe, a massive 35-acre residential community in Rajendra Nagar. The launch marks the company’s fifth project rollout in 2026, underscoring its accelerated expansion momentum in the Hyderabad market. As part of this growth phase, the company is adding 3.98 million sq. ft. of prime residential space to its Hyderabad portfolio, marking a significant scale-up of its operations in the market.

      Casagrand’s Hyderabad journey has been marked by a strong and sustained growth trajectory. Since entering the Hyderabad residential market in 2023, the company has rapidly scaled its presence, successfully launching 4 marquee projects such as Casagrand Evon, Casagrand Windsor Court, Casagrand Belair, Casagrand GS Infinity, aggregating 2.74 million sq. ft. in 2025. This expansion comes amid Hyderabad’s emergence as one of India’s most dynamic and fast-growing real estate markets, driven by strong IT/ITeS-led growth, expanding infrastructure corridors, and a balanced mix of affordability, connectivity, and employment opportunities.
