DLF limited has appointed Tarun Mehrotra as Senior Executive Director of the Group. Prior to joining DLF, he was Business Head North & East India with Tata Realty & Infrastructure.

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, Tarun Mehrotra specialises in comprehensive planning and execution of residential and commercial projects including large scale mixed-use townships, office parks and SEZs. He also has expertise in end-to-end project management. He had held key positions with well-known real estate organisations. He served as Chief Operating Officer, Puri Constructions, President, Shipra Estate and Chief Operating Officer, Pioneer Urban land & Infra Limited.

Moinuddin Patel has assumed his new role at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) as its managing director in Pune. In his new role, he will oversee the global consultancy firm’s operations in Pune, focusing on driving growth, enhancing client relationships and further strengthening C&W’s presence in the market.

Holding a PG diploma in business management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management studies, Moinuddin is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in transactional businesses, team leadership and building strong, long-lasting client partnerships. During his decade-long tenure with C&W, he successfully led the tenant representation business in Mumbai.
