CBRE Appoints Sakshi Khosla as Head of People
CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd, India’s leading real estate consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Sakshi Khosla as Head of People. In her new role, Sakshi will work with the CBRE India leadership team and will be responsible for further strengthening the company’s global culture and HR practices. She joins CBRE from the diversified Max Group, where she recently served as Corporate Vice President, Human Resources for Max Life Insurance Company. In her earlier roles, she was associated with reputed organisations like Tata Consultancy Services, Hewitt Associates and General Electric.
A post- graduate in management studies (HR) from K J Somaiya Institute Management Studies and Research, Mumbai , Sakshi’s deep understanding of the Indian corporate landscape will aid the company hire diversity of talent in an equitable, safe and inclusive workplace that is guided by CBRE’s RISE values – Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence.Sakshi is a seasoned HR professional with about two decades of experience across the HR spectrum, including Human Resources Business Partnering, Stakeholder Management, Talent Management, Board Governance, Executive Compensation, Succession Planning, Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Culture Building, and Change Management. At CBRE, Sakshi has a cut out task to create a more engaging diverse and inclusive culture.
Senior Level Appointments at PwC India
PWC India has made two key appoinments , naming Asha Ramanathan as the new Chief Operating Officer and Gayatri Parthasarthy as the Head of Financial Services.
A qualified chartered accountant, Ramanathan specialises in the pharma, industrial, consumer products and service sectors having advised several large global clients. She also held the position of the firm’s diversity and inclusion leader from 2015-2017.
Parthasarthy has over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector. She has been the lead partner on strategy and transformation projects for a number of large financial institutions. She joins from IBM Services where in her most recent role she was the Asia Pacific Financial Services Leader. Prior to this, ,she also worked with KPMG, Accenture and Oracle among others.
