Prestige Estates CEO Quits

The  CEO of Bangalore-based Prestige Estates, Venkata Narayana K has resigned from his post to pursue his personal interests. During his two-decade-long association with the group, he served as Company Secretary and  Chief Financial Officer before being elevated to Chief Executive Officer over six years back.

Significantly Narayana, who played a crucial role in steering the growth of Prestige Estates, has put in his papers at a time when the company has outlined its roadmap by appointing various business heads for each vertical and geography. Meanwhile, Narayana is expected to float a fund to buy land parcels for real estate projects.

New CEO Designate of Clint

Capital Land and India Trust (CLINT) has appointed Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam as Chief Executive Officer (Designate). He succeeds Sanjeev Dasgupta.

Prior to his appointment, Gauri who has 20 years of experience in real estate private equity, fund management, and corporate finance, was CEO of India, Business Parks at CapitalLand Investment. He also served as Head of Investments and Chief Financial Officer at Ascendas Firstspace where he helped set up and scale the industrial and logistics platform in India under the joint venture between CapitaLand and Firstspace.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the London Business School and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sri Venkateswara  University.

Jasna Bedi Appointed Founder of BCD Group’s Design Company

Jasna Bedi , CMO of BCD Group, has donned the new role of a Founder of Casa Di Lusso, an interior design company floated by the BCD Group. Casa Di Lusso brings together specialists from various verticals, including renowned interior designers and artists from tailor-made interior design solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally efficient.

Jasna , an  MBA in Human Resources and an ex-journalist and PR professional, had experience working with national and international brands like Roberto Cavalli, Boca Do Lobo and Missoni. In her new role , she has a cut out task to furnish one million sq ft of real estate by actively partnering with domestic and international developers.
