The Delhi Development Authority is all set to launch a premium housing scheme in August 2025. According to the officials, the scheme was approved at an authority meeting held on July 11, 2025.

Under the scheme, the authority will offer about 250 residential plots and garage spaces. These units will be rolled out on an e-auction basis. The units covered under the scheme are located in prominent areas of the capital city.

Ongoing DDA Housing Scheme: Apna Ghar Awas Yojana

DDA offered 7,500 residential units under the Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana Housing Scheme. These units are located at various locations, including Loknayakpuram, Sirsa, and Narela. The scheme is available to eligible applicants from various income groups. 

As per the officials, the scheme offers an attractive discount ranging from 15% to 20% based on the income groups and other related factors. This DDA Housing Scheme was launched on 20th May 2025. The application process for the Apna Ghar Awas Yojana started on 27th May 2025. The last date to apply for this DDA housing scheme is 16th August 2025.

The deposit amount for different income groups ranges between Rs 50,000 and Rs 10 Lakh. The amounts are Rs 50,000, Rs 1 Lakh, Rs 4 Lakh, and Rs 10 Lakh for EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG, respectively.
