Gaurs Group, in a landmark initiative aligned with the Skill India Mission, has launched the Gaurs Skill Training Centre at Gaur City 2, Greater Noida West. The centre, inaugurated in collaboration with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship under the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF), reflects the Group’s long-standing commitment to shaping not just homes and infrastructure but also human potential.

Envisioned as a hub for industry-oriented learning, the centre will provide free skill development programs to empower youth, enhance employability, and prepare them for future-ready opportunities.

The Skill Training Centre was formally inaugurated by Sunil Kumar Sharma, Hon’ble Minister for Information Technology & Electronics, Government of Uttar Pradesh. Offered entirely free of cost, the centre is envisioned as a platform to endow youth with industry-oriented knowledge and hands-on skills. It aims to raise employability and groom students for future-ready opportunities across various sectors.

“Skill development is the cornerstone of a powerful and independent India. I am pleased to see Gaurs Group establishing this Skill Training Centre in Greater Noida West, which will not only help the youth of this area but also be part of the bigger dream of a skilled Uttar Pradesh and India. Public-private partnerships like this are necessary to bridge the gap between education and jobs,” said Sunil Kumar Sharma, Minister for Information Technology & Electronics, UP Govt.

“At Gaurs Group, we believe that building communities goes beyond homes and infrastructure—it also means nurturing human potential. Education and skill-building have always been close to our hearts, and today’s inauguration of the Gaurs Skill Training Centre is another step in this direction. We are proud to support initiatives that empower youth, strengthen society, and shape a brighter tomorrow,” said Manoj Gaur, CMD, Gaurs Group.

Other Academic Initiatives by Gaurs Group

“Being a socially responsible organisation aligned with the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision for the growth of the country, Gaurs Group has always invested in academic initiatives that blend contemporary education and conventional knowledge. Gaurs International School, with branches in Greater Noida West, Yamuna City and Siddharth Vihar, integrates CBSE curriculum with state-of-the-art learning techniques, including VR-equipped classrooms and offers world-class sports facilities. We are also managing Gaur Gurukulam in Greater Noida West, blending Sanatan traditions with Vedic education as well as equipping students to face the challenges of modern life,” said Manju Gaur, Director, Gaurs Group.

Further, drawing inspiration from the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” initiative, Gaurs Group is also offering free education for girls belonging to underprivileged sections of society at Gaurs International School.

The solution of the Skill Training Centre strengthens Gaursons India’s age-old philosophy of not only moulding real estate, but also the future of people through education, empowerment, and skill building.
