The Noida Authority has launched multiple industrial, institutional and commercial plot schemes simultaneously, offering plots for industries, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, corporate offices and hotels across various sectors of the city.

Officials said applications for the schemes will open from May 19, while earnest money deposit (EMD) can be submitted till 5 pm on June 9. Applications will be accepted till June 11, after which allotments will be made through e-auction or interview, depending on the category. Plots will be allotted to bidders offering prices above the reserve price, according to a report by millenniumpost.in.

According to the authority, a total of 19 industrial plots have been launched for manufacturing and processing units. These plots range from 115 sqm to 7,997 sqm and are located in sectors 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, HC, 164, 80, Phase-2, 162 and 67. The reserve price of these plots ranges between Rs 65 lakh and Rs 18 crore.

Noida Authority CEO Krishna Karunesh said the authority has rolled out schemes across several departments and interested applicants can participate as per eligibility criteria. Under the institutional category, plots have been earmarked for schools, hospitals, nursing homes and corporate offices.

For schools, two plots measuring around 18,000 sqm have been offered in Sector 19 with a reserve price of Rs 143 crore, while another 5,000 sqm plot in Sector 42 has a reserve price of around Rs 21 crore. These plots will be allotted through an interview process.

For hospitals, plots measuring 10,000 sqm each have been launched in sectors 117 and 145. Their allotment will also be conducted through interviews. Two nursing home plots measuring around 1,000 sqm each have been launched in sectors 47 and 41, and will be allotted through e-auction. Two plots have also been reserved for corporate offices.

The authority has also launched a commercial builder plot scheme, including hotel projects. Three large commercial plots measuring over 20,000 sqm have been offered in sectors 18, 96 and 93B. These plots range from 29,000 sqm to 37,000 sqm in size.

Additionally, two commercial plots below 20,000 sqm are available in sectors 94 and 18. Three hotel plots have also been launched in sectors 71, 124 and 142, ranging between 7,500 sqm and 12,570 sqm. These plots will be allotted through e-auction.
