Stylework, a technology-led workspaceplatform building an AI-based smart contracting and management layer for India’s flexible office market, has reported revenue of ₹50.20 crore and EBITDA growth from 4% to 8% for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company also reported profit after tax (PAT) of ₹2 crore, marking a significant milestone in its journey towards building a capital-efficient, profitable and scalable workspace platform.
Stylework maintained positive EBITDA across all four quarters of FY2025–26, demonstrating the consistency of its operating performance. Its annualised GMV exceeded ₹350 crore, reflecting the scale of transactions facilitated through its growing enterprise and workspace network.
The performance comes as India’s flexible workspace market evolves beyond conventional coworking and individual seat rentals towards integrated workplace solutions for enterprises, Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and businesses expanding across multiple cities.
From workspace discovery to enterprise infrastructure
Stylework has built a network spanning more than 800 workspace brands, 6,000 workspaces across 125-plus cities, connecting corporate demand with workspace operators and managed-office providers. The platform reports a customer retention rate of 74% and a lifetime value-to-customer acquisition cost (LTV/CAC) ratio of 5.6x.
The company’s strategy reflects a broader shift in corporate real estate: from businesses independently sourcing and managing individual offices to orchestrating distributed workplace portfolios through a single relationship.
Sparsh Khandelwal, Founder and CEO of Stylework, said, “As we complete a decade of operations, our focus has been on building a business that can scale without the capital intensity traditionally associated with real estate. Achieving profitability while expanding our enterprise network reinforces our belief that technology, a broad workspace ecosystem and stronger contracting relationships can create a more efficient model for the market.”
Backed by a diverse investor base
Stylework’s funding journey has included participation from angel investors, venture capital firms and investment platforms. Major investors include Equentis, Kaygee Investments, Cogniphy, Money Vyapaar, Auxano and LVX Ventures, Inflection Point Ventures, Capri Global Holdings, QI Ventures (SCIF), BizDateUp, Ah Ventures, We Founder Circle (WeFC).
Stylework has stated pre-Series B funding of ₹19.5 crore. Its broader funding history includes multiple financing rounds, supporting the company’s efforts to strengthen its technology, expand its network and develop its enterprise contracting capabilities.
The road ahead
The company’s longer-term ambition is to build a platform that serves the complete workspace needs of businesses, from discovery and contracting to portfolio management, while maintaining the asset-light economics that underpin its model.
As businesses increasingly seek flexibility, cost visibility and consistent workplace management across locations, Stylework is positioning itself at the intersection of flexible real estate, enterprise technology and the future of work.
