Table Space, India’s leading provider of enterprise managed office solutions, has announced a strategic expansion of its portfolio in Maharashtra, adding approximately ~425,000 sq. ft. of premium Grade-A managed workspace.

This strategic move reinforces Table Space’s position as the partner of choice for Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and Fortune 500 companies seeking to de-risk their real estate portfolios through the flexible managed workspace model.

The expansion comes at a pivotal time as GCCs now drive approximately ~40% of Grade-A office leasing in India. By moving away from CAPEX-heavy traditional leases, global enterprises leverage Table Space to deploy high-performance hubs in record time.

      Strengthening the Pune Enterprise Corridor

Table Space has strengthened its Pune presence with ~376,000 sq. ft. of space across three marquee micro-markets. As the city evolves beyond its IT roots into a hub for BFSI and advanced manufacturing, Table Space is providing the infrastructure necessary for rapid global scaling.

      ·       Wakad (EON West) | ~130,000 Sq. Ft.: This anchors Table Space in the Western IT corridor. Located at the intersection of the Pune-Mumbai Expressway and Mumbai-Bangalore Highway, it serves as the primary hub for the tech talent residing in Hinjewadi and Baner.

      ·       Yerwada (Godrej) | ~146,000 Sq. Ft.: Situated just 750m from the Yerwada Metro Station and 5km from Pune Airport, this site targets “fly-in, fly-out” leadership teams and firms requiring maximum urban accessibility.

      ·       Koregaon Park (Godrej) | ~100,000 Sq. Ft.: Table Space has further anchored its presence in Pune’s most established business district by initiating operations of its Ready-to-move-in Suites at Koregaon Park, resulting in a total area ~100,000 sq. ft. across the location. This caters to BFSI and high-end corporate HQs that prioritize brand equity and a premium lifestyle ecosystem for their employees.

Navi Mumbai: The New Frontier for Scalability

Marking a strategic entry into Navi Mumbai, Table Space has secured space at Mindspace Airoli East. This move provides enterprises with a high-quality, cost-efficient alternative to core Mumbai markets while benefiting from:

      ·       Infrastructure Synergy: Proximity to the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport and Airoli Railway Station.

      ·       Talent Accessibility: Direct access to the dense talent catchment areas of Thane and Navi Mumbai, significantly reducing commute times and boosting employee retention.

“Our expansion in Maharashtra is a response to a fundamental structural shift in how global companies view their workplace,” said Kunal Mehra, President and Co-CEO of Table Space.

“Enterprises are increasingly prioritizing ‘Speed-to-Market’ and ESG compliance. By integrating legal, IT, and institutional-grade infrastructure into a single platform, we are enabling global brands to scale with unprecedented agility. Whether it’s a Custom-Built workspace or a Ready-to-Move-In Suites solution, we are providing the infrastructure that powers the modern Indian economy.”
