Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) will  be coming up with a mega sized IT hub- Tata Trillion Park  in Whitefield, Bengaluru at a cost of INR 3273 crore.

Spread over 25.5 acres of land in the Doddanakundi Industrial Area, Tata Intellion Park will house IT, ITeS, retail and food courts. The project has been planned to cater to business operations with technology as the core driver and promote a vibrant work culture with amenities. Focusing on sustainability, the park will integrate rainwater harvesting, water recycling and zero -discharge facilities wherever possible.

Presently, TRIL has 7.6 million sq ft of business park under management and has completed 9.4 million sq ft of commercial development. It is still growing its portfolio, with 13 million sq ft now under construction.
