The Executive Centre (TEC), a premium flexible workspace provider, has announced the expansion of its long-standing client, Forescout Technologies, Inc., at its centre in Panchshil Business Park, Balewadi, Pune.

Forescout has been a client of TEC since 2022. The company initially operated out of a 50-seat workspace and has since scaled significantly. They will now be occupying approximately 19,000 sq. ft. of premium office space on a new floor within Panchshil Business Park, Balewadi, at TEC. The space can accommodate approximately 200 workstations.

This expansion highlights the growing preference among global enterprises for high-quality, managed offices that offer both flexibility and scalability. The Executive Centre has delivered a fully customised workspace tailored to Forescout’s operational and cultural requirements. The new office features a dedicated reception area, multiple meeting rooms, private cabins, a training room, open workstations, collaborative zones, and a purpose-built breakout and townhall space designed to support engagement and large-format interactions.
