The sixth edition of Torbit Annual Knowledge Book – Torbit 2025 was released by Yuji Kato, Co-CEO & Director, Krisumi Corporation. The resource book produced by Torbit Realty, a fortnightly digital publication, was launched in Krisumi office in Gurugram in the presence of Vinod Behl, Editor, Torbit 2025 & Torbit Realty, Sanjeev Kathuria, CEO, Torbit, Ananta Raghuvanshi- President Marketing & Sales, Tomy Thomas- President HR of  Krisumi Corporation along with Team Krisumi.

Torbit 2025 with a theme, ‘ The Great Divide – Luxury Soars, Affordable Housing Slides ‘ , has a rich collection of valuable articles by well known industry professionals, giving an overview of the sector for the year gone by and the outlook for the new year. In today’s fast evolving tech-driven real estate sector, Torbit 2025, serves as a rich resource , compiling the best of knowledge in real estate planning, development , marketing, branding, , sales and property management.

Speaking at the book launch ceremony, Yuji Kato said that Torbit 2025 is a rich knowledge resource for the benefit of various stakeholders  of the real estate industry. ” Unlike some other books  brought out by consultants/brokers, this book ,  result of a collaborative effort with the industry, is not just  rich in content but also  authentic, unbiased and credible.
